CANCELLATION POLICY
KS Esthetics Co. understands unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. 24 hours notice is required for any appointment rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price charged to the card on file. No call no shows may result in a fee of 100% of the service price charged to the card on file, as well as a required deposit for future booking.
